Diagnosing Glaucoma is More Than Just Measuring Pressure

In glaucoma, the smallest nuances are what determine the quality of your vision a decade from now. My clinical approach integrates two ironclad principles:

1

Maximum Diagnostic Precision

Glaucoma is primarily a structural disease before it becomes a functional one. Through advanced OCT interpretation, we can detect microscopic tissue thinning around the optic nerve months and sometimes years before irreversible vision changes occur. My expertise lies precisely in this diagnostic window – catching the "silent" deterioration that standard examinations might miss.

2

Personalized Management Strategy

Every patient represents an entire world. My goal is to find the "balance point" – the most effective treatment for maintaining intraocular pressure, while maximally preserving your daily routine and preventing unnecessary surgical or medical interventions.
